5. Vehicle Specific Terms

• Used Vehicles: Used vehicles are sold "as-is" unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. While we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, we do not warrant the mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose of any used vehicle.
• Import/Export: All vehicle import and export services are subject to the laws and regulations of the origin and destination countries. It is the user's responsibility to understand and comply with these regulations. We will assist in the process, but ultimate compliance rests with the user.
• Custom Orders: Specific terms, including order cancellation policies and delivery timelines, for custom vehicle orders will be provided at the time of negotiation and documented in a separate agreement.

6. Financing Services

Oz Auto Emporium facilitates automotive financing solutions through reputable third-party lenders. We do not provide direct financing. All financing applications and agreements are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective financial institutions. We act purely as an introducer.

7. Limitation of Liability
